Whites

This material on Whites is primarily based on information gathered from Taylor Hartman's book, "The Color Code".

"Whites are motivated by peace." They will go to great lengths to avoid conflict. They go with the flow, their way is the easy way.

Most are amiable and want others to be amiable too. A strong silent stubborness will surface in them in the presence of scolding or hostility.

Some of my closest friends when I was younger, were Whites. I believe this was due to the fact that they balanced out my needy behavior. They also offered me some peace from the Red influences in my life.

After being married to a Red for over ten years, my wife Deniece married a White who's accepting, peaceful nature gave her the space she needed to re-group after that relationship.
Deniece is an Adult Blue and after a period of time, she found herself needing more intimacy, which led to our union.

The challenge for Whites is engaging more with others by sharing their thoughts and feelings. Whites tend to have the most longevity in relationships when they are paired up with other non intimacy based personalities.

One of the differences between the Child or Adult role with this personality, is the Adult tends to be more opinionated. They can also be a bit more abrasive. Child Whites are more relaxed and seem to look at life with an easier attitude.

Whites don't volunteer information about themselves or their opinions. Typically, they need to be coaxed into talking.

Whites don't require much from others and can be respectful when demands are made of them, and they will comply with seemingly unreasonable demands if it means keeping the peace.
