Regular dreams are your connection to the "Source" or the "One",
which provides inspiration and spiritual guidance.
Regular Dreams are an invaluable resource for inspiration and Spiritual Guidance. In the sleep state, God and your Spirit are able to give you profound insight about the current circumstances of you life through the symbolism in your dreams.
As a child, I learned about this Divine Help after the first time I went to sleep thinking about a problem that I couldn't solve, then I dreamt about it and woke up with the solution I was searching for! I was very excited about this new ability and began to use it on a regular basis. It even started to become a standing joke with my brother and friends because whenever we couldn't figure something out they would tell me to sleep on it. It didn't always produce an answer but it was successful enough to make me a believer. As a consequence, I have learned to further develop this Universal Guidance and continue to utilize regular dreams to assist me in understanding my current circumstances to this day.
However, now I've come to understand that when I don't get an immediate answer from my regular dreams, I know it's due to the fact that it isn't time for me to know that answer or that it doesn't serve my best interests to know. Eventually the answer does typically come, in one form or another, but it comes on God's time not mine.
In general, I've discovered that my dreams are designed to primarily point out something that I need to pay attention to in my current situation.
After I began to awaken, I expanded on my problem solving ability by realizing that all of my dreams had meaning and purpose behind them. The only exceptions to this seemed to be when I would eat too late. Going to bed with food in my stomach seemed to create meaningless Dreams or
Drugs or alcohol could have a similar affect. Yet dreams that are unencumbered by these influences, are typically relevant and meaningful.
Interpreting Regular Dreams requires some Work. First you must remember your dreams in order to hone the skill of interpreting them. You need to make it a point to think about your dream the minute you wake up so that you don't forget them. It may even be helpful to write them down. Then if you can share your dreams with someone (the sooner the better), you can start to decipher their meaning. Of course you can analyze your dreams alone but I find it helpful to discuss it with a friend or significant other who you have a close relationship with and knows you well.
Besides remembering the content of your dream, it's also important to remember the associated feelings you had with it. The hardest part is talking about the uncomfortable or embarrassing details. It's Human Nature to feel this way but no matter how uncomfortable or embarrassing it might be, these details are Vital to accurately interpreting the dreams meaning.
Once you have recalled the dream to the best of your ability, its then time to use the Symbolism in the dream to apply it to a particular area of your life. This part requires honesty and courage as well.
The main two reasons why people can't interpret their dreams is:
1. They have not trained themselves to remember them.
2. They don't include all the necessary details from their dreams or the related details from their real life.
Without these, Dream Interpretation is either inaccurate or impossible to do.
Please try not to be embarrassed. If you allow your embarrassment to prevent you from utilizing this incredible resource, you will be missing out on the easiest way to receive Divine Guidance. If you don't Personally Judge the Regular Dreams, or yourself, profound insight can come forth and reveal many answers. Try to see it as a Golden Opportunity for accelerated understanding and growth!
All of life is designed for expanding our consciousness, and the symbolism in our Interpreted Regular Dreams can paint a very detailed picture for us. Have fun sharing your dreams with someone close to you, and as you continue to get better at interpreting them, you will become more comfortable doing it.
